Customer Service – Illinois Basketball Star

As you know, I truly appreciate best in class service. With that in mind, congratulations to former All-American and Fighting Illini Ayo Dosunmu, for having his number retired last week in Champaign. Donsumu is with the Chicago Bulls and is one of the top rookies in the NBA. Last year, he won the Bob Cousy award for best point guard in college, on his way to leading the University of Illinois to a number one seed in the NCAA tournament.

As you know, I truly appreciate “best in class” service, which is why I’m saddened to report the passing of award winning actor, Sidney Poitier, at the age of 94. Poitier starred in many movies and was the first Black Man to win an Oscar for Best Actor in 1964 for the movie “Lilies of the Field.” We send out our heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.
