Customer Service – NBA All-Star Weekend

Kudos to the NBA for bringing back the All-Star Game to the Windy City.  Chicago has a rich basketball heritage, having cultivated, developed and produced some of the best high school, college and professional players of all time.  The same can be said for many great high school, college and pro championship teams as well.  With some of the best in class arenas, nightlife and restaurants in the country, the city will be an outstanding host this weekend.

Customer Service – Stepping up to the Plate

As you know, I truly appreciate best in class service.  With that in mind, congratulations to the Chicago White Sox on having an outstanding off-season.  They have upgraded their roster by acquiring some all star caliber talent, including catcher Yasmani Grandal, Designated Hitter Edwin Encarnacion, along with pitchers Dallas Keuchel and Gio Gonzalez.  With pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training next week, it should be an interesting season on the South Side.
