Recommended Reading

For those of you that lead a group of people on an everyday basis, check out “Nice Bike, Making Meaningful Connections On the Road of Life.”  Written by Mark Scharenbroich, this book contains many ideas, thoughts or experiences that allow the reader to better understand how to interact with members of your team, with an emphasis on humility, connecting and listening.  Pick it up on your next trip to the library and set aside a few minutes next weekend to absorb its lessons.

Customer Service – Giving Back

As you know, I place a premium on “best in class” customer service.  That applies to those who donate their time and/or money to various charitable causes and organizations that help those in need.  For everyone that participated in the numerous fund raising events this past week, congratulations on making the world a better place to live and assisting those that need it most, whether in your neighborhood or across the globe.  Give yourself a well earned pat on the back.  Well done!
