Joe Maddon’s book, “We’re Going to Party Like It’s 1908,” is a must read for every Chicago Cubs fan. It contains great stories and memories from Joe’s classmates, teammates, colleagues, family and Joe himself. It provides much insight on what shaped Joe into the manager he has become, including interviews with bosses, mentors and ballplayers. Coming off a World Series Championship, I recommend setting aside a few minutes and go through each chapter, as we look forward to the coming season just around the corner.
