It’s been a while since my last post and hope this finds you well. As you know, I truly appreciate “best in class” customer service. There have been many examples of top notch service in 2016, but one stands out the most. In a blog I wrote in September of 2014, I challenged the Chicago Cubs to capture that long elusive World Series title. After 108 years, they did just that. My congratulations to the Ricketts family, Theo Epstein, Jed Hoyer, Jason McLeod, Joe Maddon, the players, coaches and rest of the organization for delivering much happiness to millions of Cubs fans across the globe and on a job well done!
