1.  The Dow, S&P 500 and NASDAQ finished the week down, with sharp declines over a 2 day trading period.  This was the worst performance since 2012.

2.  JP Morgan Chase and Gap led under performing stocks as each missed estimates.

3.  Family Dollar plans to close hundreds of stores nationwide.

4.  Google plans to sell Glass to a larger group of consumers going forward, instead of the limited pool of invited clients.
